Role Overview

We're hiring a
Corporate Travel & Retreat Experience Lead
— the owner of Destination88's
travel and logistics backbone
.

You will:


• Turn plans into
real-world execution


• Build a
trusted supplier network
and secure the best options


• Ensure clients feel cared for
from airport arrival to closing session

Your work directly impacts client satisfaction, rebooking, and our reputation as the Philippines' pioneer in breakthrough leadership retreats.

Key Responsibilities


• Arrange
flights, transfers, and accommodations
for corporate groups


• Negotiate with
hotels, transport providers, and DMC partners


• Build and manage a
trusted supplier network


• Coordinate end-to-end
itineraries
aligned with retreat schedules


• Anticipate risks, manage contingencies, and ensure smooth execution

Qualifications


•
3–5+ years
in corporate travel management or
MICE
logistics


• Proven experience in
quotation preparation, costing, or travel/event packaging


• Proficiency in
Google Sheets/Excel
; strong organization & data management


•
High attention to detail
and accuracy under time constraints


• Understanding of
corporate travel, logistics, and event planning
fundamentals


• Strong communication skills for vendors, internal teams, and
executive clients


•
Advantageous:
Background in
B2B events
or
high-volume travel quotations
