The Travel Sales Agent is responsible for promoting and selling the company's travel packages and services. This role involves handling client inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. The Travel Sales Agent plays a key role in achieving sales targets while representing the company's brand and values.


Key Responsibilities
  • Sell the company's tour packages and travel services to prospective clients.
  • Handle and respond to sales leads from various platforms (e.g., Meta, email, calls, walk-ins).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing personalized travel recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide accurate information regarding itineraries, inclusions, pricing, and travel requirements.
  • Assist clients with booking confirmations, payment processing, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of booked services.
  • Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings.
  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales quotas.
  • Computer literate and familiar with online sales platforms (Meta, booking systems, etc.).
  • Passion for travel and tourism.
