Job Summary:

Oversee front office operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate travel, experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Sabre, Amadeus, and NDC, and a proven track record in managing teams handling chat and voice interactions. This role requires strong communication skills, flexibility with shifts, and a deep understanding of corporate travel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee front office operations, ensuring efficient handling of chat and voice interactions.
  • Lead and motivate a team, providing guidance and support to meet performance goals.
  • Apply expertise in corporate travel nuances to ensure smooth and effective operations.
  • Work with or for a Global Travel Management Company (TMC) to deliver high-quality service.
  • Utilize GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, NDC) for travel bookings and management.
  • Ensure adherence to discipline, punctuality, and company protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Stay adaptable with shift schedules, supporting the 24x7 operational setup.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience working in Corporate Travel.
  • Knowledge of GDS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, and NDC (preferred).
  • Experience in working with or for a Global Travel Management Company (TMC).
  • Strong understanding of corporate travel nuances.
  • Proven experience in managing teams in a front-office operations environment, handling both chat and voice interactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a flexible shift schedule (24x7 setup).
  • Strong commitment to discipline, punctuality, and following company protocols.
