Admin Assistant

JOB DUTIES:
- Creates and maintains paper or electronic files up-to-date.
- Carries out secretarial tasks such as filing, making photocopies, destroying documents and managing stationery stocks.
- Applies management instructions and ensures compliance with procedures.
- Answers, screens and redirects incoming calls and answers callers' questions
- Provides basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/mail.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations and work closely with other colleagues as needed
- Assists with special projects and tasks related to the assigned department as required.
- Keep records of office fixed asset and office supplies inventory
- Assist in the processing of permits and other government related documents
- Assist Unit Owners to their concern and provide resolution
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Experience in administrative would be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
