Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Firm Billing Assistant located in Davao. The Firm Billing Assistant will be responsible for managing client billing, preparing invoices, and ensuring accuracy in billing processes. Day-to-day tasks include processing payments, maintaining billing records, assisting with financial reporting, and addressing client billing inquiries and disputes.
Qualifications
- Experience in client billing, invoicing, and payment processing
- Proficiency in maintaining billing records and assisting with financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills for addressing client inquiries and disputes
- High level of proficiency in billing software and accounting tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
