We're on the hunt for Telco Billing Representatives to join our growing team in Davao City In this role, you'll handle customer concerns related to billing inquiries, payment processing, and account updates for one of the top telecommunications providers. You'll be the voice of support, making sure every customer receives the assistance they need with clarity and care.

Whether you're a fresh graduate or someone exploring a new career path, we've got your back No prior BPO experience is required—just a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and great communication skills. We provide comprehensive training to prepare you for success. If you have a background in billing or sales, that's a definite plus, but not mandatory.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
  • No experience required (Fresh grads are welcome)
  • Background in billing or sales is a plus factor
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Willing to work on-site at our Davao location
  • Can start immediately
