About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team at OfficePartners, 360 Inc. in Cebu City, Cebu. This full-time role is responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve exceptional results. As the Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales strategy and contributing to its overall success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and coach a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed their individual and team sales targets
  2. Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies
  3. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
  4. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance
  5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales campaigns
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  7. Provide regular reports and updates to management on team performance and key metrics

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales supervisory or team leadership role, preferably in the call centre or customer service industry
  2. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  3. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both customers and team members
  5. Proficient in data analysis and performance management, with the ability to identify and implement effective strategies
  6. A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  7. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
