Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Sales Manager, based on-site in Cebu. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The Senior Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and providing insights to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills to effectively lead and develop a sales team
- Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and business growth strategies
- Ability to work on-site in Cebu
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in BPO or outsourcing industry is beneficial
