About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Layout Artist to join our dynamic marketing team at Asia's Best Industrial Sales Corp' in Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and impactful layouts across a range of marketing collateral and brand assets.

What you'll be doing

  1. Concepting, designing and executing layouts for print and digital marketing materials, including customized invitations cards, calling cards, brochures, posters, advertisements, social media graphics and more
  2. Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing and creative teams to bring brand visions to life through your layout designs
  3. Ensuring brand and style guide consistency across all marketing outputs
  4. Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously improve our brand's visual identity
  5. Supporting the development and maintenance of our brand asset library
  6. Working to tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Layout Artist or Senior Graphic Designer, ideally within the marketing/advertising industry
  2. Extensive knowledge of layout design principles, typography, colour theory and composition
  3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines and style guides
  5. Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects concurrently
  6. A creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute visually impactful designs
  7. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with the wider marketing team
  8. No visible tattoo
