  • Administrative-focused:Overseeing daily administrative functions, managing support staff, and ensuring efficient operations. This can also include tasks like maintaining files, equipment inventories, and updating company databases.
  • Project-focused:Monitoring the completion of assigned projects and coordinating with administrative staff across different project sites.

Qualifications:

  • With Telco experience
  • With Motorcycle and Driver's License
  • Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position is advantageous
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service principles, and product knowledge
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales performance
  • Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
  • The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, a proactive approach to leadership, and the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing sales team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
