Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Sales and Marketing Executive with strong digital marketing expertise to join our team. The role focuses on driving business growth by promoting our customs brokerage, warehousing, storage, and freight forwarding services through innovative marketing strategies, both online and offline.

This position is responsible for generating leads, building brand awareness, managing digital campaigns, and supporting client acquisition through targeted marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with potential clients in logistics, import/export, manufacturing, and distribution sectors.
  • Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Digital Marketing

  • Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content creation, and paid ads).
  • Manage and grow the company's online presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Website).
  • Create marketing content (banners, posts, articles, videos) highlighting our logistics and brokerage expertise.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

Branding & Strategy

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market visibility and strengthen the company's brand.
  • Collaborate with management to align sales and marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Organize trade shows, networking events, and webinars (when applicable).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Digital Marketing (preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or related industry).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create engaging marketing content tailored to the logistics industry.
  • Results-driven, with a strong sense of initiative and ability to work independently.
