Job Summary:

The Marketing Ads Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok, and other online channels. The role ensures effective ad performance, budget management, and brand consistency to achieve company marketing goals and increase conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign results.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Optimize ad creatives, bidding strategies, and audience segments to improve ROI and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the creative team for ad copies, visuals, and promotional materials.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Support overall marketing initiatives, including lead generation and brand awareness activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in managing online advertising campaigns.
  • Proficient in using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data interpretation.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
