The Marketing Specialist is responsible for preparing the layout and execution of advertising, promotional, and communication concepts as per instruction of Marketing Officer and Managing Director.

Marketing

  • Prepares layout and executes graphic designs of various advertising, promotional, and communication materials.
  • Manage marketing collaterals and corporate giveaways by coordinating with suppliers and external agencies in soliciting quotations, project follow-ups and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials, and the like.
  • Promote and advertise the machines and products in different marketing channels.
  • Provide updates on new machines and products and create promotional materials on the website and different social media platforms.
  • Promotes machines and products through telemarketing and clinic visitations.
  • Analyze market trends and perform market intelligence to identify competitors' actions (product, people, place, price, promotion) in the target market.
  • Undertakes market research activities such as gathering and collecting market data including individual company or clinic profiles.
  • Gather adequate data and information on existing and prospective clients which are necessary input in making competitive and sound proposals in terms of pricing.
  • Takes custody of marketing files, records, equipment, and materials.

Client Management

  • Receives sponsorship request and ensures delivery of excellent customer service and builds long-term relationships with clients
  • Inform existing clients regarding updates of new machines and products.
  • Initiate marketing programs for new and existing accounts to meet target volume and profit objectives
  • Manage and address queries and concerns promptly
  • Makes regular visitations or personal calls to existing and prospective clients.

Other related functions

  • In-charge of company events and product launching activities
  • Participates in Dermatology Associations' conventions and events for affiliation and promotion of machines and products.
  • Prepares monthly and annual marketing reports
  • Perform other functions that might be assigned as the need arises.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php30,000.00 per month
