Job Summary
The Marketing Strategist (Content & Creative) will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen the brand presence of Sun Wu Business and Manpower Solutions Corporation and other affiliated businesses. This role focuses on creating compelling content, managing creative campaigns, and implementing innovative marketing approaches to attract clients, engage stakeholders, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop, plan, and implement multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with management to establish target markets and positioning strategies.
2. Content Creation & Branding
- Create high-quality content (articles, posts, videos, presentations, and marketing materials) that align with brand identity.
- Manage social media platforms, websites, and other digital channels with engaging and consistent content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications and campaigns.
3. Creative Campaign Management
- Conceptualize and execute creative marketing campaigns for manpower services and other business ventures.
- Oversee advertising, promotional events, and digital campaigns to boost visibility and lead generation.
- Work with designers, media, and external agencies to produce creative assets.
4. Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Manage SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns to maximize online presence.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to measure ROI and effectiveness.
- Recommend data-driven improvements to marketing strategies.
5. Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with the Business Manager, HR, and operations team to align marketing with company goals.
- Support recruitment campaigns, client engagement activities, and internal communications.
- Provide creative input for other business initiatives under the corporation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing strategy, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong creative and analytical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in social media management, SEO, Google Analytics, and digital tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
