Work Details:

  • Work Schedule: Graveyard Shift | 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Philippine Standard Time)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Office Location: JLC Building, 2nd Floor, A.S. Fortuna Street, Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines 6014 (In front of Chatswood Residences, Yellow Building)
  • Interview Schedule: Mondays to Fridays | 11:00 PM (Philippine Standard Time)

What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities and present our books' value to decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and close deals on favorable terms.
  • Create and execute targeted sales strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance and market trends; explore new channels.
  • Represent the company at book fairs and industry events.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and materials.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing, editorial, and production teams for seamless sales operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales (Publishing Company / Media Industry is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and events
