About the role

As the Area Manager - Visayas for Autoglass.Ph.,Inc', you will play a crucial role in overseeing and driving the performance of our retail stores across the Visayas region. This full-time position will have you based in Mandaue City, Cebu, with the opportunity to travel throughout the Visayas to manage our multi-site operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Visayas retail stores, ensuring they meet or exceed key performance targets
  2. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability across the region
  3. Manage and develop a team of Store Managers, providing coaching, mentoring and support to help them excel in their roles
  4. Monitor store-level performance and take corrective action where needed to address any issues or underperformance
  5. Collaborate closely with the central support teams to identify and resolve operational challenges
  6. Ensure all stores adhere to company policies, procedures and brand standards
  7. Identify and capitalise on opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. 3 years of experience in a retail management or multi-site operations role, ideally within the consumer products industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully leading high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
  3. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret and act on data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  5. Familiarity with the Visayas retail market and strong local networks
  6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to operational excellence
