Area Manager should organize and oversee the operations of a number of stores. He / She required developing business plans, monitoring sales, and ensuring adherence to company procedures.

  • Set standards and objectives for different stores and departments
  • Creating and communicating sales targets at regular intervals
  • Monitoring sales across stores to check the quotas are met
  • Lead the team of the stores towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
  • Detecting, investigating, and remedying discrepancies in sales across stores, if required
  • Ensuring that employees observe company protocol
  • Submitting monthly reports or progress report

Qualification:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, Office Administration, Marketing and or equivalent

  • At least 5-8 Years of working experience as Area Manager / Team Leader is required for this position
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent verbal and communication.
  • Excellent problem solving abilities
  • Strong supervisory, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Willing to assign in different areas of Cebu
