The Marketing Manager will lead the clinic's marketing strategy, focusing on digital campaigns, branding, influencer collaborations, and event promotions. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with a passion for beauty, skincare, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to boost clinic visibility and bookings.
  • Oversee social media management, content creation, and ad campaigns.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage influencer and brand partnerships.
  • Ensure consistent and engaging brand communication across all channels.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
  • Stay updated on skincare, beauty, and wellness trends to keep the brand relevant.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience (experience in beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industry is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and paid ads.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for branding and visuals.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven with experience using analytics tools.
