The Role

As our
Marketing Manager
, you'll be the driving force behind TaxEase's growth. This isn't just a "post on social media" role—you'll own the entire marketing strategy from ideation to execution, working directly with the founder to scale our impact across the Philippines.

You'll be responsible for:Creative Strategy & Content Creation

  • Lead our creative vision
  • Define and execute TaxEase's content strategy across all platforms
  • Video editing
  • Transform tax education into engaging, digestible video content (short-form and long-form)
  • Graphic design
  • Create scroll-stopping social media posts, infographics, and marketing materials
  • Viral ideation
  • Brainstorm and execute content ideas that resonate with Filipino entrepreneurs and have viral potential

Brand & Growth

  • Brand leadership
  • Shape and evolve the TaxEase brand identity, voice, and positioning
  • Sales funnel optimization
  • Analyze and improve our customer journey from awareness to conversion
  • Performance marketing
  • Track metrics, run experiments, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI

Partnerships & Coordination

  • Influencer collaborations
  • Identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with relevant influencers and content creators
  • Campaign coordination
  • Manage marketing campaigns from concept to completion

What We're Looking ForRequired Skills

  • Video editing proficiency
    (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
  • Graphic design skills
    (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
  • Proven marketing experience
  • At least 2-3 years in digital marketing, content creation, or brand management
  • Strategic thinking
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Comfortable analyzing metrics and making decisions based on data
  • Excellent Filipino and English communication
  • Both written and verbal

Bonus Points For

  • Knowledge of Philippine tax/BIR system
  • Experience with paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • SEO and content marketing experience
