JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall direction and execution of TOP. S/he will direct the creation and implementation of marketing plans, develop an engaging consumer experience, determine preferred store locations, and achieve sales targets. The Marketing Manager conducts market research to come up with efficient and effective brand strategies. S/he collaborates with Merchandising to come up with compelling product stories that resonate with the target market.

DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. BRAND MANAGEMENT

  • Develops brand strategy, including the setting of voice, guidelines, vision, and value proposition

  • Plans and executes all communications and media actions on all channels, including online, social media, and brick-and-mortar operations

  • Comes up with seasonal campaigns

  • Champions store experience execution via visual merchandising and marketing communications

  • Assists with product development, pricing, and new product launches, as well as developing new business opportunities

  • Directs and manages promotional collaterals to establish and maintain product branding

  • Manages the budget for advertising and promotional items

  • Conducts competitor and customer insights analysis

  • Analyzes sales data relative to marketing efforts made

  • Liaises with brand partners to create campaigns and give marketplace feedback

2. DIGITAL MARKETING

  • Oversees the development of e-marketing content and exploration of sales channels

  • Designs, builds, and maintains a workable digital marketing strategy that encompasses social media platforms, paid ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.

  • Reviews brand message regularly to ascertain integrity and consistency

  • Measures and reports the performance of digital marketing activities and compares the results against KPIs.

  • Analyzes data and identifies opportunities to improve performance and optimize spend

  • Evaluates customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints

  • Identifies emerging trends and technologies and provides perspective for adoption where appropriate

3. DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT


•Collaborates with team members & provide guidance to the design and implementation of marketing campaigns

  • Works closely with other departments and third-party vendors to align campaign information and execution

  • Trains, monitors, coaches, and evaluates team members

  • Provides relevant information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities to team members.

4. GENERAL

Prepares budgets and monitors expenses

Maintains the confidentiality of all information and documents he/she has access to inside the Company

Adheres to the standards set by the Company on work attitude and ethics, proper uniform, and performance, including the TOP Vision, Mission, and Values

Performs other tasks that may be deemed necessary by the superior from time to time

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES (skills, knowledge, etc.):

  1. Highly organized and able to multitask

  2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  3. Well-versed in social media and web analytics

  4. Excellent communication and people skills

  5. Creativity and commercial awareness

  6. Capacity to inspire, coach, and lead team members

  7. Ability to quickly adapt to change

  8. Extensive experience in creating marketing campaigns, strategies, and plans, and content marketing

  9. Market familiarity

  10. Able to identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education &Training:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in management, marketing, or a related field

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 years' experience in Marketing positions (preferably in Retail Marketing or Brand Management)

  • Experience in managing multiple projects, including simultaneous task assignments

  • Exposure to interacting with senior management

  • Experience in managing a team of at least 6 people

  • Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and social media advertising campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
