OneMark Engineering Technologies is engaged in the business of providing and/or rendering technical services for various medical, industrial or commercial plants, facilities, or buildings including planning, consultation, project management, construction management, supervision maintenance, operation and performing other technical business process.
Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources Management
· Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting, and onboarding, ensuring the dealership attracts and retains top talent
· Conduct employee orientation programs and training sessions
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations
· Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, and monthly government remittances
· Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture.
2. Administrative Operations:
· Oversee day-to-day administrative activities to ensure efficiency and compliance
· Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
· Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure a seamless work environment
· Oversee building maintenance and coordination of installation of EV chargers to clients
· Implement and maintain effective record-keeping systems
3. Employee Engagement:
· Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
· Organize team-building activities and events to foster a positive work environment
· Act as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns and feedback
4. Compliance and Legal:
· Stay informed about relevant labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance
· Handle employee relation matters professionally and confidentially
· Prepare and submit reports on HR and Administrative activities as required
· Provide regular updates on administrative operations and recommend improvements
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· Proven experience as an HR & Admin Manager
· In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
· Excellent communication and leadership abilities
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
