What You'll Do:

  • Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
  • Collaborate with departments to address and rectify safety issues
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; document findings and recommend corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate records of safety-related incidents, inspections, and training sessions
  • Ensure compliance with government safety requirements
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns
  • Collaborate with HR on company-wide initiatives and projects

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate of any Engineering or four-year degree course
  • Certified in BOSH and COSH training
  • Proactive with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledgeable in government safety and compliance requirements
  • High ethical standards and a strong commitment to confidentiality
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Resident of Cavite or Valenzuela, and willing to be assigned on plant sites
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in handling safety in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an advantage but not required
