KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee all mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
  • Supervise maintenance technicians and allocate daily tasks and priorities.
  • Monitor equipment performance and initiate improvement or replacement plans when needed.
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams for equipment installation, modification, and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
  • Manage maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and service contracts.
  • Analyze maintenance data and prepare reports on downtime, repair costs, and machine efficiency.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring equipment issues.
  • Provide technical training, guidance, and performance evaluation for the maintenance team.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability and productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (licensed engineer preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
  • Experience in preventive maintenance planning and project management.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Strong communication and team coordination abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
