Home-Based HR Support Specialist
to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage core HR functions, support field-facing Artisans with scheduling, travel, training, and compliance requirements, and handle essential administrative duties such as PPE management and documentation.
REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES
- Attention to Detail:
Ensures accuracy in HR processes, compliance checks, and system updates. - Communication Skills:
Maintains clear and professional communication with employees, managers, and internal teams. - Problem-Solving Skills:
Identifies and resolves issues related to payroll, benefits, and employee records. - Organizational Skills:
Manages multiple HR tasks, deadlines, and documentation efficiently. - Technical Proficiency:
Skilled in using HRIS platforms, including Paylocity, and other HR management tools.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support New Hire Onboarding with FRC, PPE, profile creation for several systems, and file storing for personal documents.
- Facilitate safety training, badging, and ongoing lab work and background checks for facility access.
- Oversee use of Visual Planning – the Operations Scheduling system
- Ensure consistent and accurate schedules
- Maintain training records and qualifications
- Maintain facility information and entry requirements
- Resolve any system issues and assist users
- Distribute PPE (safety) gear for field facing Artisans, managing orders with 3rd party vendor.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience:
2 years of experience in an office HR or administrative role. - Language Proficiency:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Schedule:
Ability to work in alignment with US business hours. - Technical Skills:
Proficiency with HR management systems.
