The Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic team at GJH SERCONS, INC.'. In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our warehousing and distribution activities. As a Logistics Assistant, you will be an integral part of our operations, contributing to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods and materials within the warehouse and distribution network
  • Assist with the processing and tracking of inbound and outbound shipments
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory, orders, and deliveries
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including data entry, report generation, and filing
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Assist with the coordination of transportation and distribution activities
  • Contribute to the overall safety and compliance of the warehouse operation

  • Bachelor's Degree in any course
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of logistics management systems and computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping and data management
  • Adaptability and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Relevant experience in a logistics or warehousing role, or a strong interest in supply chain operations
