Role Description

This is a full-time Home-Based HR Support Specialist. The HR Support Specialist will handle daily human resources tasks such as managing employee benefits, implementing HR policies, and performing HR management functions. They will also be responsible for effective communication and coordination within the HR department.

Qualifications

  • Experience
    : 2-3 years of experience in an office HR or administrative role.
  • Onboarding & Employee Setup
    – Supports new hire processes, including system profile creation, document management, and coordination of PPE and FRC.
  • Safety & Compliance Management
    – Facilitates safety training, background checks, and lab work to ensure compliance with facility access requirements.
  • Scheduling & Operations Coordination
    – Oversees and maintains accurate schedules using Visual Planning, ensuring consistency across teams.
  • Vendor & Inventory Management
    – Manages PPE distribution and coordinates orders with third-party vendors to ensure timely fulfillment.

  • Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications and Google Suite
  • Proficiency with HR management systems.
