The Marketing Supervisor drives AFC Motors' marketing and community presence by conceptualizing and executing campaigns that connect the brand to riders, dealers, and partner communities — both online and on-ground. They lead brand storytelling, social media traction, and community programs that strengthen AFC Motors' reputation as a trusted motorcycle financing brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign Strategy and Creative Direction

- Develop creative, data-driven campaigns aligned with sales priorities and brand direction

- Craft compelling storytelling concepts that highlight AFC Motors' purpose — transforming lives through accessible and reliable motorcycle financing

Digital Marketing Oversight

- Supervise the Digital Marketing Specialist and Associate in creating and publishing content across platforms

- Oversee ad placement, content boosting, and performance monitoring

- Monitor social media metrics (CTR, engagement rate, CPL) and recommend improvements

Community Engagement & On-Ground Activation

- Plan and execute community engagement initiatives such as dealer activation, sales agent engagement activities, etc. (in coordination with Sales)

- Build and maintain relationships with rider clubs and community partners

- Support the organization of booths, exhibits, and pop-up events to strengthen local and national visibility (in coordination with Sales)

Brand and Content Management

- Ensure brand consistency across all materials

- Coordinate the production of marketing collaterals (tarps, flyers, banners, booth designs, etc.)

- Ensure proper documentation of campaigns and events for marketing archives

Reporting and Analytics

- Prepare monthly reports on social media performance, campaign results, and community engagement metrics

- Track ROI on events and influencer collaborations

- Use analytics to inform future campaign direction

Team Leadership and Collaboration

- Lead and mentor the Marketing and Community Engagement team to execute marketing activities on schedule

- Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure marketing supports loan release and lead generation targets

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital marketing role

- Strong background in campaign ideation and social media management

- Experience handling influencers, community partnerships, or brand activations a plus

- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and analytics dashboards.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

- Willing to do occasional fieldwork or travel for events.
