Position Title: Marketing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies and event plans to strengthen brand presence and drive sales growth.
  • Organize, manage, and execute trade events, product activations, and in-store promotions to enhance product visibility.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Merchandising, and Operations teams to ensure trade and event marketing activities support business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, trade partners, suppliers, and event organizers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors' trade activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for brand exposure.
  • Supervise the production of marketing collaterals, booth setups, giveaways, and display materials consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Manage event, including venue coordination, permits
  • Support merchandising and visibility programs in key trade channels and retail outlets.
  • Assist in budget planning, cost monitoring, and resource allocation for trade and event marketing activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Creative, strategic thinker, and results-oriented.
