The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive business growth. This role oversees marketing campaigns, coordinates with internal teams and external partners, and analyzes market trends to optimize promotional efforts. The Marketing Supervisor also manages a team, ensuring the successful execution of projects aligned with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's products or services.
  • Oversee digital and traditional marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, events, and advertising.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using key metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
  • Perform other adhoc marketing task as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and advertising strategies.
  • Experience with marketing analytics, SEO, and social media management.
  • Excellent communication, project management, negotiation, presentation and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
