Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients in target markets to grow the sales pipeline.
  • Engage with prospects through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
  • Provide insightful feedback on market trends and competitor activities to drive continuous improvement.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for leads generated and initial appointments set.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • B2b experience is required
  • Strong knowledge in using Sales software such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and Sales Genie. etc
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
