Role:
We're hiring a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new partnerships. This is a phone-first role focused on outbound calls to supplier companies. You'll deliver our elevator pitch, build rapport, and convert cold calls into warm opportunities for our Account Executives.
What You'll Do:
- Make 50+ daily outbound calls to brands and distributors
- Convert cold leads into qualified meetings
- Deliver clear pitches and handle basic objections
- Keep CRM records 100% accurate
- Collaborate with Lead Gen and Account Executives to improve scripts and results
What We Expect:
- 2–3 years in B2B appointment setting, cold calling, or telemarketing
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Resilient, organized, and able to thrive in high-volume outreach
- Proficiency in CRM/sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)
- Must work US business hours (Mon–Fri)
