Job Title: Business Development Representative (Home Improvement)

Location: Remote

Position Overview:

Team Outsource is hiring a full-time Business Development Representative to join our client's team. We are looking for a driven individual with experience in business development and outbound sales within the US construction industry (Home Improvement, Rehabilitation or Renovation).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct over 80 outbound calls daily to identify and engage prospects.
  • Schedule free consultations with potential clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries.
  • Perform lead generation and skip tracing to identify potential clients or contacts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to drive conversions.
  • Follow up on leads and develop strategies to maximize client conversion rates.
  • Track sales activities using CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine sales tactics and improve results.
  • May assist in closing deals depending on client interest and qualification.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development and outbound sales (minimum of 3 years) in the US construction industry (Home Improvement, Rehabilitation or Renovation).
  • Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting, and closing deals.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with VOIP systems or dialers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of sales and lead generation strategies.
