Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and outreach to prospective and existing customers.
  • Schedule product meetings with potential customers and ensure a smooth handoff to sales representatives.
  • Educate prospects on product offerings and encourage adoption.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on outreach strategies.
  • Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams to enhance product offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant telemarketing laws, regulations, and company policies.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and outreach tools.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets consistently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
