Business Development Representative (Philippines) – Coast Spas, a leading Canadian manufacturer of premium Hot Tubs, Swim Spas, and Cold Plunge products, is expanding into the Philippines. Reporting to the VP, Sales & Marketing, this role focuses on prospecting, recruiting, and signing new dealers, onboarding partners, and providing ongoing sales support. The ideal candidate has experience in business development or B2B sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and is comfortable working independently with regional travel.

We're expanding into the Philippines and looking for a Business Development Representative to grow our dealer network. Reporting to the VP, Sales & Marketing, you'll play a key role in building long-term partnerships and driving Coast Spas' presence in the wellness & lifestyle market.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect, recruit, and sign new Hot Tub, Swim Spa & Cold Plunge dealers
  • Onboard partners with training, showroom, and sales support
  • Build strong dealer relationships and drive market growth
  • Represent Coast Spas at events and in the marketplace

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in business development, dealer recruitment, or B2B sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial and self-driven, able to work independently
  • Willing to travel across the Philippines
