Our Management Trainee Program offers the perfect opportunity to develop your leadership skills while gaining hands-on experience across multiple departments. With exposure to operations, marketing, sales, customer service, and more, you'll be empowered to grow into a well-rounded leader who drives success across all areas of the business.

What You'll Do:

  • Works with other managers to plan and direct the work of the organization.
  • Helps set policies and evaluates work output.
  • Receives instruction in areas related to their rotational experience.
  • Works in different departments to gain perspective, including marketing, sales, customer services, purchasing, merchandising, personnel departments, and over-all store operations.
  • Handles established accounts to gain familiarity and adheres to guidelines of formal written training program.
  • Attends periodic evaluations and achieves a passing score in all areas of the management training program to continue in the program.
  • Participates with store management in interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
  • Uses company reports to analyze sales, gross profit, and inventory activity.
  • Identifies trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.
  • Reports market activity to management by monitoring and analyzing competitive price lists and products.
  • Works with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.
  • Participates in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
  • Travels to different offices and participates in daily operations as required.

Key Deliverables:

  • Smooth and efficient store operations.
  • Timely and accurate reporting for business performance.
  • Achievement of departmental and organizational targets.
