We are looking for professional, organized and detail-oriented people to join our Accounting Department.

Responsibilities: As an Accounting Trainee, you will be providing accounting and clerical assistance to your designated team and assisting with inventory and record maintenance for your assigned stores. Specifically, you will be:

  • Updating and maintaining data files and records
  • Recording information, processing, and filing forms
  • Assisting your designated team in processing various transactions
  • Preparing checks, deposits, summaries, budgets, and/or basic financial reports
  • Tracking and resolving accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Performing other basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting Technology, Accounting Management, or any Accounting related course
  • Self-motivated, diligent and highly organized with good work ethic
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical skill
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office apps like Excel
