Job Summary:

The Corporate Housekeeping Trainee - Hybrid (Full-time) will assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and general upkeep at the main office and, when necessary, at client or project locations. This role is designed as a training pathway for individuals aspiring to become professional housekeeping staff or office facilities assistants. Responsibilities include cleaning, organizing, and supporting facility-related tasks while learning best practices under supervision. Transportation-related costs for off-site duties will be covered by the company.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn professional housekeeping standards. This position ensures a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in cleaning and maintaining office spaces, common areas, meeting rooms, and restrooms.
  • Support housekeeping tasks at off-site or client locations as assigned, with transport costs covered.
  • Learn proper cleaning techniques, use of equipment, and safety procedures under supervision.
  • Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs.
  • Organize materials, furniture, and office setups as directed.
  • Ensure safe handling and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
  • Coordinate schedules and tasks with supervising staff.
  • Assist with small errands or facility-related tasks to support smooth operations.
  • Report completed tasks, observations, or issues to supervisors.
  • Perform other housekeeping or facility support duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school diploma or currently pursuing one.
  • Interest in developing a career in housekeeping or facility management.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to follow instructions.
  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to different locations or tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment is a plus but not required.
  • Professional, approachable, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Ability to work under supervision and learn best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php1,500.00 per day
