Job Summary:

The Swimming Tutor / Trainee will provide supplemental swimming assistance to clients under the supervision of senior instructors at the main office pool and during private/home-based sessions, with transportation-related costs covered by the company. This role is designed as a training pathway for individuals who aspire to become professional Swimming Instructors. The tutor will assist with sessions, observe best practices, support skill-building exercises, and learn instructional techniques.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, patient, and enthusiastic about teaching swimming. This position is essential in ensuring a safe, engaging, and structured learning experience for clients while developing the tutor's skills for future professional certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior instructors in conducting supplemental swimming sessions at the main office pool and private/home locations.
• Support clients with swimming techniques, water safety, and skill practice.
• Observe instructional methods and gradually take on guided teaching tasks under supervision.
• Monitor client progress and provide feedback under the guidance of senior instructors.
• Help prepare learning materials and exercises for swimming sessions.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized pool areas and equipment.
• Coordinate schedules with clients and the office to ensure timely sessions.
• Communicate professionally with clients and parents regarding progress and observations.
• Report session outcomes, attendance, and any safety or performance concerns to supervising instructors.
• Perform other swimming-related support duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php1,500.00 per day
