About the role

We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our Management Trainee program at our Ayala Center Cebu store. As a Management Trainee, you will take on a hands-on, rotational training program to develop the skills and experience needed to become a future store manager at Olympic Village Enterprises Inc. This full-time role will be based in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines.

What you'll be doing

  • Undergo a comprehensive training program covering all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, customer service, financial management, and staff leadership
  • Must be responsible in all aspect of store operations and functions to gain a well-rounded understanding of the business
  • Assist the store head in day-to-day operations and decision making
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance store performance
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Mentor and develop a team of retail associates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for the retail industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges
