Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as organizational development, organizational psychology, human resources, or a business-related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity-building strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in office and business administration software.
  • Must have intense Training and Development skills.
  • Proven presentation skills and the ability to conceptualize training materials.
  • Willingness to work in Baesa Industrial Terminal, Quirino Highway, Quezon City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
