About the Role

Team Outsource is looking for a Real Estate Acquisition Manager to support a U.S.-based real estate investment company specializing in multifamily acquisitions. We're looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Acquisition Manager to help identify, evaluate, and acquire high-quality multifamily properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate multifamily acquisition opportunities through direct outreach and existing networks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property management companies, brokers, owners, and asset managers to identify potential deals.
  • Analyze property performance, rent rolls, and T-12 financials to assess investment potential.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting and investment team to prepare financial models and acquisition proposals.
  • Manage the deal pipeline from initial contact through offer submission and closing coordination.
  • Monitor market activity to identify off-market and pre-market multifamily opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed records and updates in the CRM to track deal flow, follow-ups, and communications.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in US real estate acquisitions, brokerage, or multifamily investment sales.
  • Strong understanding of multifamily market dynamics, investment metrics (NOI, cap rate, IRR, DSCR), and value-add strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and tools such as CoStar, LoopNet, or Crexi is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base pay + performance-based bonuses tied to acquisitions closed.
  • Long-term growth potential with a company actively expanding its multifamily portfolio across multiple markets.

Salary:

P70,000.00 monthly
