We are a growing multifamily real estate company seeking a full-time offshore Assistant Regional Manager to support our U.S.-based operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a long-term career in property management.

You'll work closely with our Regional Manager to oversee multiple apartment communities, manage reporting, coordinate meetings, assist with marketing efforts, and ensure our operations run smoothly across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Regional Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations for multiple multifamily properties.
  • Prepare and analyze property performance, occupancy, and financial reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, site updates, and communications with on-site property teams.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including online listings, social media updates, and advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor rent rolls, lease renewals, and occupancy trends.
  • Communicate with vendors, contractors, and residents when needed.
  • Ensure all reporting, documentation, and property files are accurate and up to date.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to improve efficiency and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in multifamily real estate, property management, or administrative/executive support preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and/or property management software (Entrata, RealPage, etc. preferred).
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
