About the Role

Team Outsource is looking for a Financial Analyst with strong Multifamily Investment Underwriting experience to support our U.S.-based investment company client. Our client specializes in acquiring and managing multifamily properties across the United States, and we're seeking someone who can confidently handle underwriting, financial analysis, and build models that drive data-informed investment decisions. If you've built underwriting models, reviewed rent rolls and T12s, and understand capex and IRR modeling, we want to hear from you

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Underwrite multifamily acquisition opportunities and evaluate deal performance.
  • Review and interpret T12, rent roll, and operating statements to identify value-add potential.
  • Create and customize underwriting models for various deal types and financing structures.
  • Build and maintain financial projections (IRR, CoC, DSCR, and sensitivity analyses).
  • Assist with due diligence, market research, and investment memo preparation.
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions and investment team to support negotiations and capex planning.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in U.S. multifamily real estate underwriting or financial analysis.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. multifamily metrics – NOI, cap rates, IRR, and value-add strategies.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with the ability to create dynamic, deal-specific models.
  • Experience with investment firms, syndicators, or asset management teams is a big plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with fund structures or investor reporting

  • CoStar, RealPage, or Yardi for comps and data
  • Asana, , or Smartsheet for task tracking

Salary:

$15 to $20 hourly
