About the Role

Team Outsource is looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Market & Data Researcher to support a U.S.-based real estate investment company's acquisitions and marketing teams in identifying multifamily property owners, decision-makers, and market insights across target U.S. markets.

The ideal candidate has experience in real estate data research, lead generation, and a solid understanding of multifamily property terminology. You'll play a key role in gathering accurate, organized data that helps our team identify investment opportunities and reach the right contacts.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify multifamily properties and ownership groups (LLCs, asset managers, property management companies).
  • Collect accurate owner and decision-maker contact information, including emails, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles.
  • Conduct market-level research to gather rent comps, occupancy rates, and demographic insights.
  • Verify and validate property details using tools such as CoStar, Crexi, Reonomy, Apollo, or Lusha.
  • Compile research findings into organized spreadsheets or CRM-ready reports.
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions and marketing teams to ensure data accuracy and target alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate data research or lead generation, preferably in the multifamily sector.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data organization and reporting.
  • Familiar with real estate data platforms (CoStar, Reonomy, Crexi, Apollo, Lusha, or similar tools).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Deliverables:

  • Verified list of multifamily property owners and key contacts (name, title, email, phone, LinkedIn).
  • Organized data report or CRM upload file summarizing findings by market.
  • Optional: Market overview report with rent comps and property statistics (if requested).

Salary:

P40,000.00 monthly
