Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist (Work from Home – Philippines)

Company: Freedom Fund LLC (U.S. Real Estate Investment Company)

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Hours: Full-Time (U.S. Business Hours – typically 9 AM – 6 PM MST)

Compensation: ₱35,000 – ₱48,000 PHP/month + bonuses per closed deal

About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, driven Acquisitions Specialist to join our U.S. real-estate investment team. You'll be responsible for finding, analyzing, and securing off-market and on-market real-estate deals. The ideal candidate loves talking to people, pays attention to details, and wants to grow with a fast-moving company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source motivated seller and agent leads from platforms like Redfin, Zillow, PropStream,
  • Send offers on properties that meet our buy-box (typically 70% of ARV minus repairs)
  • Communicate with listing agents, negotiate prices, and follow up on offers
  • Analyze property values, rents, and ROI using our company templates
  • Enter property data into Airtable/CRM and update lead status daily
  • Coordinate with the U.S. acquisitions manager for offer approvals
  • Work with our transaction coordinator to ensure smooth closings

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Real-estate or cold-calling experience preferred (especially U.S. markets)
  • Basic understanding of ARV, LTV, cash-on-cash return, and other real-estate terms
  • Strong computer literacy: Google Sheets, Airtable, CRMs, and comps research tools
  • Reliable home internet and quiet workspace
  • Self-starter who can analyze deals and make decisions independently

Performance Goals

  • 500 – 1,000 offers submitted per month
  • 3 – 5 deals under contract per month
  • Daily KPI tracking (offers sent, follow-ups, and new leads added)

Compensation & Growth

  • Base monthly pay in PHP
  • Bonuses for every closed deal
  • Long-term growth into Lead Acquisitions Manager or Team Trainer
