What We're Looking For:
  • Recruitment Experience: Prior experience of at least 6 months in recruitment is required (local or international).
  • High-Performance Environment: Thrives in fast-paced, sales-driven settings.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting candidate relationships.
  • Team-Oriented: Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Energetic & Flexible: High-energy, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Sourcing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Work Location: Must be willing to do full onsite work at Ayala Avenue, Makati
Your Role:
As a Recruiter at PSG Global Solutions, you'll take ownership of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. Here's what you'll be doing:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies. Source Candidates from various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals. Conduct Interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Build Relationships with candidates and clients to provide a positive recruitment experience. Stay Informed on industry trends and recruitment best practices for continuous improvement.
