The Controls & Analysis Associate assists the Controls & Analysis Manager in implementing policies, procedures and processes related to Costing, Budgeting, Forecasting and Management Reports.

Costing and Pricing

  • Prepare and complete simple costing and pricing requirement from departments.
  • Complete cost estimates of new and proposed procedure and packages costs with benchmarking from competitors.
  • Prepare and complete costing and pricing summary per Profit Center.
  • Summarize and monitor department's costing request.

Financial Planning/Forecasting and Budgeting

  • Supports the identification of per Profit Center/COE targets through summary of current and prior year performance.
  • Summarize and monitor department's budget submissions.
  • Supports regular forecasting and budgeting routine.
  • Assist business case preparation.

Financial Management and Reporting

  • Prepares regular company financial performance reports, information packages, dashboards and management presentations.
  • Supports the creation of per Profit Center/COE reports with monitoring of current and prior year performance and target.
  • Support the creation of per Profit Center / Center of Excellence financial performance monitoring report.

Other responsibilities

  • Act as a support to various departments in operations that provides costing and pricing.
  • Support all tasks and relationships with Stakeholders which involves activities like Budget template orientation, Budget process and guidelines.
  • Any work-related activities that may be advised by the C&A Manager to do so.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (essential)
  • With at least 2 years' work experience in Cost Accounting, Financial planning and reporting, General Accounting and Business performance analysis.
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles.
  • Knowledgeable in any costing process/system.
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with superb organization skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent excel and communication skills.
  • Background in SAP and other ERP systems is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
