Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
  • Build strong and long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Understand client objectives, requirements, and challenges to effectively align our services with their needs.

Project Management

  • Coordinate with internal teams, including support and production staff to ensure timely and successful execution of client projects.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.

Account Development and Growth

  • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Present and negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients.

Reporting and Performance Metrics

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client accounts.
  • Prepare regular reports on client activity, revenue, and profitability.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to evaluate client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Account Executive or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Solid understanding of the advertising and printing industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
