We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting functions and support the company's financial operations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in preparing and analyzing financial reports for the company's founders. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization while maintaining the highest standards of financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform full-cycle accounting activities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger postings, and monthly closing processes.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate payroll records.
  • Partner with the CFO in preparing timely and accurate financial reports for senior management and founders.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal control policies.
  • Provide analytical support to management and participate in process improvement initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
  • 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and strong knowledge of GAAP.
  • Must be willing and able to work PST business hours.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt effectively in an unstructured, early-stage environment.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
