Policy Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Issue policies promptly and send to the requestor within the standard turnaround time
- Gain familiarity and proficiency of the systems used to issue policies in order to assist other policy issuers
- Attend to all emails relating to the status of policies issued and sent out and escalate to immediate superior if policies were not received despite processes in place
- Print, prepare, and monitor policies for delivery to customers
- Ensures compliance to Policy Issuance standard processes
- Performs other duties as necessary in meeting objectives of the department and/or as assigned by superior.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of a bachelor's degree course.
- Work experience in Insurance operations for at least 1 year
- Proficient in the use of MS Office.
